I have noticed there are retail-exclusive blue and red versions for 2011 Topps Update baseball. These don't appear to be numbered, but it appears there is a large disparity between the two versions. The red versions seem much more scarce.

Is this a true? Anyone have the scoop on these?

The target only parallels are always way tougher to find than the Wal-Mart parallels even though Beckett prices them the same (even though the target parallels (not to mention the Toys R Us parallels from 2012-13) sell a lot better and for more money than the Wal-Mart parallels). The main reason they are tougher is that there are nore Wal-Mart stores than Target stores. Also, each Wal-Mart always seems to get 2-5 times more of the blasters than Target. Plus, half of the blaster boxes that each Target gets are the ones that include the Target exclusive parallels and half are just the regular blasters that don't have any extra parallels.

The 2011 blasters were on sale at WalMart for a long time, so more of them were opened. I have almost a whole set of the WalMart Blues, maybe just a handful of the Targets.

I noticed the Trout 2011 Topps Update Target Red sells for about 3x or 4x the Wal-Mart Blue version.
