I have a Dick Butkus 1968 Topps card and my question is is this card worth more with the back not being rubbed with a coin?

Thanks for the responses..How much more of a premium would this add to the card?

Only reason I am asking is because I was going to list a lot of older football cards on ebay, but if this card is worth more should I list it by itself then?
