Now that Montero is coming to Trenton, I will be able to go there atleast once a week.

I was thinking of having him sign all the cards in my signature and than having them slabbed as authentic...Would that be something worth doing?

If they are PC forever, then yes.
For resale value, no.

If they are PC, sure. If not, stupid move.

Should you decide to do it, make sure you prep the cards well. I can't begin to tell you how bad sharpie on an unprepared chrome card looks. Powder the card, wipe it off, and make sure it isn't as glossy as before.

I have received some ridiculous offers for the card in my sig so I say good move if PC or LONG TERM investment. It costs like $25 a pop to authenticate and slab.

JD- I wouldn't. If they are PC than go right ahead, but if you plan to sell them they would lose value.

does lumicolor sharpie type pens work good on chrome?

Does he have any cards made with non glossy surfaces? I would load up on any of those for ip signing, where you know the auto will come out good.
