Question about grading Strasburg Bowman's...

I have never sent cards into BGS to grade, but I would like to send in some Strasburgs.

I went to their site and was going thru everything, but the Strasburg Bowman's weren't in their file or whatever. So to have them graded do I just add the information myself? I know that is an option, but I just wanted to make sure I do it right.
