Question about grading

I've always wondered this and can't find anything from searching. What would you grade be from BGS if you get 2 10's and 2 9.5's? If you average it it's a 9.75 but I have read here before that they don't use averages when determining overall grade.

Thought about it, but decided to list it BIN/BO to see what I might be able to get and ended up taking an offer for well over what a normal BGS 9.5 auto would get (although not as much as I would have got out of a 10). I was happy with the sale so I haven't really looked back.
