Question about NL OF All Stars Beltran and Ibanez on DL.

Since Ibanez and Beltran, 2 of the top 3 NL OF vote getters are on the DL what happens? If they're still on the DL and can't play when voting is closed do they still make the team and then replaced by the manager or will they be removed and then the players behind them move up? I ask because Manny 6th. If Beltran and Ibanez are removed and Manny moves up to 4th doesn't that guarantee he will make it.

I believe they will still make it and be replaced by the manager. As for 4th, that doesn't guarantee getting in. Only the top 3 outfielders are guaranteed, all reserves are picked regardless of who is 4th, 5th, etc.

Rowand has been a heck of a lot better than i thought he would be. He and Pablo are really carrying that team offensively.
