Question about shipping to Canada with Tracking

[All The Hype]

If you buy tracking for a package from USA to Canada, do you have to put a value on it? I have an eBayer asking about one of my listings but he does not want to get slammed by their mail duties. I will not ship without tracking. Thanks in advance for any insight.

it's best to be honest but I think that unless it is an insurance problem you shouldn't have problems
