Dont want to seem like moron but have no clue on 90's stuff but found this in one box upstairs have ton of 90 stuff but not sure what are all inserts thanks

No inserts there...All base cards...kinda looks like what's in the boxes in my crawlspace!

The Platinum Blues are inserts, since they're #/1999 instead of #/3999 like the base Platinum Red.
