I'm sure those crooks just throw them away. They usually use $2 jersey cards anyway, so the plain jersey swatches are pretty much worthless. And once they're removed from the card, there's no way to tell what or whose they are.
Or they make a pillowcase out of them.

Some people might know the answer to the question without being a patch faker... I know a lot about gang life but it's not from ever being in a gang, knowing anyone in a gang, seeing a gang, etc. but from watching 100 NatGeo episodes of Gang Life lol

Point being, maybe someone has insight to patch faking or what they might do with them, etc. Anyways, nevermind lol
