Question for the prospect experts

I'm following Ike Davis. I've seen om MiLB.com where his team is now listed as the Surprise Rafters of the Winter Arizona Fall League even though he is currently playing AA ball with the Binghamton Mets. This changed just recently and I was wondering if this is the Mets keeping him in action during the "winter" so he may be ready to try and make the 40 man MLB sqaud next spring. Any and all help with this is greatly appreciated!

No. Milb.com changed the team logos for all upcoming AFL participants, not just Davis.
