Tonight I pulled a Certified Rickey Jackson Mirror Emerald Prime "Patch" card #'d 1/5. Thing is, it's not really patch material, because the numbers were just laminated press-on style in the 80's. I'd be far more comfortable calling it a "patch" card in my listing if it were more than one color I think, since it speaks more to what people desire in a patch. However, it's just a one-color laminated part of the white number.

My question is, do you all think there's a significant chance I get burned for item not described on this if I call it a patch?

When it comes to the laminate style jersey numbers/logos, I have no problem calling it a patch piece. Just include all of the specs in the listing with a good scan and you'll be fine.
