For a regular schmoe with no special deals or discounts, what's eBay's final fee if a card sells for $200?

The normal final value fee from just ebay is 10% of the final price, plus 10% of the shipping cost (so essentially 10% of the total)

I recently sold a card for $225 and was charged a final value fee of $33.

There's a listing fee, a final value fee, a s&h final value fee and another fee for the money transaction too with managed payments.
I'm on my phone and think that's right. I just looked yesterday on my desktop and was surprised to see 4 different fees for one auction.
