What was your intent? Did you intentionally create the entry to confuse or mislead the eBay buyer? I don't think so. Contact the buyer and tell them what your intentions were in photographing the cards together. Explain to the buyer that you too can understand how the photo can be misleading and that is why you described the single card up for auction in great detail below the photo. To conclude, I would say that if the buyer had any confusion about the auction or questions that he/she could have contacted you before the auction ended. Tell them that you are interested in continuing as an eBay seller and that you will consider changing the way you photograph items for future auctions and that you appreciate their understanding in the matter. And then let it go.

Like Pine Tar hinted, I will do group scans to hopefully get a buyer to say "Oh, I could use that card also, so I will bid on it too".

This would be logical if the OP actually had the other two Pujols cards listed. Completed seller listings suggest this was not the case. What is the point of including them in the scan? The seller didn't do anything wrong aside from putting himself in this situation by having other cards pictured with the primary. Perhaps 99.5% of buyers would realize they are only getting the title card but I try and avoid the other 0.5% who failed reading comprehension or simply like to make too many assumptions. It only takes me a few seconds to copy, crop, then add a name to an image but I digress.

A poster here managed to put words in my mouth suggesting a car seller should include the house. I simply posted what I would do with this particular trading card transaction. For a couple bucks I get rid of an annoying bidder and likely preserve my feedback. Many folks here may not be aware top-rated sellers will soon get nailed not only for cases where the bidder wins but also just for a case being opened in the first place. For two bucks I'll preserve my 20% discount, thank you very much.
