Quick mailing/shipping question

So I finally made my first Sportslot sale... For a grand total of $0.81!

The order was for 1 card and the shipping charge was $0.63.. Is it wrong to send it "securely" in a stamped envelope? By "securely" i mean it is in a penny sleeve, in a small top loader, in a larger top loader, with index cards on both sides.

This is actually my first sale.. I've always had my TTMs come back in good condition just in penny sleeves but I know you can never count on what will happen in transit and some, or most, don't take how cards are packaged lightly.

The buyer should have selected a budget vs. premium shipping when they checked out. A budget is usually a cheaper method like pwe and premium is in a bubble mailer. Some sellers just charge the same for both and always send in a bubble mailer, others do not.
