quick question about windows and firefox

if you hold control and -, the page zooms out. how do i get this automatically on every page, so whenever i reopen firefox and go to a new page, it's already zoomed out?

i already zoomed pages out, so how do i make them all reset to proper view of 13 pt? like ebay is normal 13, but fcb is zoomed out 13. the font sizes are different. is there a way to reset all page views?
