Quick question on 98 Flair Legacy

I know it's been mentioned a hundred times but I simply don't know the answer. I understand there are some backdoored versions of this card so please help me out whether this one is legit or not. You experts know the difference in the numbering. Thanks

Thats not "legit".The packed out ones had the name in blue foil on the back

So it doesn't have anything to do with the location of the numbering? Or am I confusing it with something else?
