Quick Question.... I am planning on setting up at a show the weekend after Easter and was wondering how many board members have been selling their Metal singles at shows or online and at what price because they are no longer available on Ebay....

I have 40 total

10 Wieters and 10 Justin Smoak and then a couple of each of all the hitters

my advice would be to grade what you can

anything that gems would be gravy

However I don't see you getting more than $5 per single right now. Possibly on Wieters, but not on the less hyped guys.

These cards might be almost as hard to grade gem with BGS as the Razor Sig Series autos. I own several dozen of them and not one made the cut.

None of them made your cut or where they sent to BGS and came back not meeting a 9.5?

My cut. It takes me no time at all to find print dimples, dots and such on the fronts of the card surfaces.

Yea, i noticed pretty much the same thing with the four of mine. But i had a package going with the FCB group sub and figured I would throw them in, just to see how they were being graded. I plan on sending my blues and golds in as well in a bulk sub in a month or so.

That is how I'm handling my Metals. Out of all the ones from my original order (70) a handful of them could possibly be a Gem. So I am hoping for a better run with the Blues. I hope they land any day because I have a nice order ready for BGS and would love to add to them.

I would think with the limited supply it may not matter as much what the grade is.
