"New York Yankees icon and baseball Hall of Famer Yogi Berra has died, Major League Baseball and his charitable foundation announced early Wednesday.

He was 90.


"It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Yogi Berra passed away Tuesday night," the Yogi Berra Museum told NBC News. "

Dang this sucks Yogi Berra was one of my favorite players because of my father. It's time to break out some of my PC cards and showing them to honor the Yankee great. I am glad to own a dual auto of Berra and Jeter on one card.

Damn...I've been to the museum a few times in Montclair and one time I looked up and Yogi tottered by with a group of people, gave me chills...he will be missed. RIP Yogi
