Hello Gents

This is the official thread for the 1986 Topps TTM project. I have mailed out four packs to each participant today (Thurs Sept. 6th) Due to differences in mailing time, I ask that no one send any letters out till Wed Sept. 12th.

List of rules:

Each participant was mailed 4 packs of 1986 Topps. Each pack contains 15 cards, for a total of 60 cards each. The remaining packs I set aside for future personal usages.

Upon receipt, post scans or pictures of the cards you got out of your packs in this thread.
Whenever you get a success, post the date sent, date received and scan/picture in this thread. I will updated the thread accordingly.
You may get your cards signed by any means possible...IP, TTM, Private Signings, Card Shows....any and all are acceptable.
Previous successes are not allowed. Only cards pulled from these packs are fair game (honor system)
Project ends on New Years Eve, 2012.

Ok, so I broke my packs. First time I have ever opened a pack of 80's wax and DIDN'T want a Mike Schmidt lol. I will not send any out till next Wed.

I did pretty well. Not a lot of latin guys that live in DR and such. No major stars or HOF other than Gossage which is easy enough.

Got mine in today. Was pleased to see the Boggs, but then the Ripken, Brett, and Schmidt rolled around. Really looking forward to this contest - hell, just opening packs of '86 Topps was a blast.

Not terrible, but I got cards of Rick Mahler, Chris Brown, Ivan Calderon, and 2 of Gary Carter (in the same pack nonetheless), so my current possible total is 55, not including the sure fire non-signers.
