WOW! on the Manny's! That's the kind of stuff I put in my store a $1.00 each, as a matter of fact I had a ton of 1999 Pacific Prism parallels last year that sold as singles to a few collectors before I made a deal with somone for all 60 that I had left. That's just craziness, I can't imagine asking anywhere near that much for those two cards.

The temptation to peal is very high.

I WOULD - the peeling really detracts from the card. I was VERY QUICK to peel my first and only so far...

It's been on my watch list. Looking through your bucket I see you don't need it. An absolutely crazy collection you have there. How many different autos do you have and is that Red Crusade yours?
I havent done inventory since Jan 2008 which showed 400 autos, my guess is that I'm getting very near 500 different to date. I've been at it for a lot of years. I do own the red crusade along with the green and purple. Here's a scan-

Awesome Crusades!! :o :o I wish the Grieve Red would pop for auction. Burbank has it, but of course the price is insane.

Couple of random cards:

I won't normally buy a card if its been peeled. They came that way and in my humble opinion I want a card as it was created.

Actually, the peeling was put on the card after it was created.
If you don't want to see the card, buy packs and don't open the pack

I think both arguments have merit.

Well I know that but I want it as it came in the pack. They came with that on them and that's how I intend to collect them.Everybody is different but in my mind...once you peel that off then the card is useless to me.And to me...it sucks to see a card I would normally buy , altered and now worthless to me.Its almost the same for me as somebody faking a patch.Although the motivation behind it is way different, in both aspects the card has been altered.Sure you can appreciate it for what it is and the coating isn't that big of a deal to most folks but to me...its a bummer.
