No, it's the embossed, unless the seller peeled the card before scanning.

I could be wrong but I don't believe the embossed (refractor or not) had anything to peel, only the non embossed refractors had the peel.

That is an EMBOSSED refractor. The non-embossed silver has the plain refractor finish, the embossed have the "atomic technology"

Not too good I would imagine.The info on it just says random inserts in packs but if you go to beckett I am sure they have a seeding breakdown somewhere in all that garbled mess.
