I went to a shop in the city I use to live in. The guy has been in business for decades. I was digging around on one of his back shelves that was covered in dust and found:

(1) 1996 Fleer Circa box
(4) 1998 Zenith Dare to Tear boxes
(3) 2000 Pacific Crown Collection boxes
(1) 2000 Pacific Aurora box

I bought them, and I just opened one of the Dare to Tear boxes (extremely fun rip btw). I'm curious if any of the large cards are worth keeping sealed? I have Ripken, Griffey, Jeter, Arod, Maddux, Gwynn, Clemens, Bonds. I also have 3 of the large Silver parallels Rusty Greer, Randy Johnson, & Andy Pettitte. Any point in keeping these?

Oh, and I busted all the scrub guys large cards (like Ray Lankford) and pulled this.

I kept all of mine unripped.I'd be extremely interested to know what was in the pacific boxes.

Getting anything good out of the Pacific is a longshot. I'll probably just put those in my eBay Store and recoup what I can from all the stuff I bought today.

I ripped 2 more boxes of the Dare to Tear and didn't get much..... a large Gold Jacob Cruz #/100. lol

Actually the pacific can yield its weight in gold depending on what you pull. That stuff is hard to find.

Rare indeed!

Curious how many player collectors have one of these for their guy? Post 'em up.

I found the A-Rod Premier but the guy wants like $50 for it. Can't do it at that price. I see the Platinum all the time but no such luck on the Premier. Nice card.

Just found one of those Barry Bonds Glove mess cards that was die-cut. The webbing is black.

That is a Pacific Paramount Fielder's Choice insert. BV probably around 15 if it is the one I am thinking about.

Some thanks/shout-outs

Big thanks to nevermore for the heads-up. I was able to make a trade for this one in a matter of minutes, and I'm super happy about it.

Another thanks to onionring9 for sending this to me. Wasn't expecting it at all! I'm just wondering how you got my address? Guess I'll file a restraining order just to be on the safe side, as I don't trust you rabid McGwire fans. 8-)

Now you have to get the gold version. They are #'d /10. mine is a back door version, no numbering.
