Just keep your head up when you tackle. If the crown of your helmet is at a 90 degree angle from your neck, you're leaning in too far. Practice and correct so you don't Kevin Everett yourself or hurt somebody else.

These refs are terrible. I swear the NFL has a running gag to see who can put together the worst officiating crew each passing week.
