Ungraded JR card won for a lot more than a Gem Mint ::facepalm::

1.) Shill
2.) There were conflicting descriptions of this card. While the picture and hand-typed description both pointed to the card being raw, the description in the box reads that it was indeed graded, and graded by PSA of all companies. This being said, someone may have thought the boxed description was more accurate than the pics and/or other description and thought that they were actually bidding on a graded copy of Griff's '89 rookie.

These are my subjective assumptions as to why the card went for the price it did.

In the buyer's questions section, someone asks if it's graded PSA 10 and the seller says it is, even though there is no PSA holder to be seen.

Guy said it had been is a "hard case since 1989". PSA hasn't been grading that long, have they? Obvious liar and shiller.

Uh.. a toploader or that screwdown thing he has it pictured in can be considered a "hard case".

This should have been a clue he was lying or had no clue what he was talking about:

"mint 9 PSA 10 condition"

Winner has zero feedback. Go figure.

Also when the guy flat out asked him if the card was a PSA 10, his response was:

"Yeah its pretty much in perfect condition has no flaws beacause its been in a thick hard case since 89."

Apparently if it's in pretty much perfect condition, then it is also in a PSA 10. I'll take note of this since I wasn't aware of this before...

When asked if it was a PSA 10, he responds in a manner to insinuate it IS graded a PSA 10. Uh.. Uh.. Uh..

Actually, *******, no need to mock me. You made a stupid comment. You assumed it was graded since 1989, which he makes no claim of at all.

And with the name calling. Classic.

Classic? You mocked me, so I called you an *******. Nothing really "classic" about that.

Now if you want "classic", maybe we should bring up the old "Post Your Mug!" threads where you pretty much beat off to your own picture and talked about how good looking you thought you were.

But this? Not a classic.

Man, I must have REALLY hurt your feelings somehow. It's ok. I understand that women go on their periods once a month. You'll feel better in 5 to 7 days.

Good to know. I was wondering where all my built up rage was coming from.

Just curious, but how do you know about all of this period nonsense? With you living in Louisiana and all, I didn't think ****** people knew about, well, anything.
