I couldn't agree more. I dont have the funds to go after all the ones I want, but I got a couple of the blue's. You can get 3 Razor base metals for one sterling auto...I'll take that all day.

I believe that it is 2.99 total but I am not positive.

I just picked up 3 Tim Melville blue autos for $8.00 each! Those are #/49, and he has some major potential.. really excited about that price

Well I sent four base metals in which most thought were disasters in regards to condition and got 2 9's and 2 9.5's. That could mean nothing though

Yea, the first of my players were listed and its probably the least expensive so im happy

That's why I didn't buy Santanas. 2008 Sterling AU + likely a chrome auto this year = no good.

I can see where you are coming from, but if the price point is low enough (and $6 per is pretty dang low), and if Santana has a strong year this season (and gets some buzz in the off season), than I'm sure these will go up from $6.....

The other metal auto that I think was a steal were the base Smoaks for $15 per, especially since he's an exclusive. Just my .02

I hear you, I think you are right about Santana AND Smoak, I think there are some good buys to be had with these metal cards (not Santana gold for $200+ that is for sure) if you are watching.
