only 1 /199 per box. Then a parallel base card either black /200 or blue /25

Oh ok I thought it was 2 /199 per...Even so it was a tough break

You should have gotten one card #101-117 according to Razor. Also, you aren't guaranteed any blacks per box. I have had a couple boxes with 2 blacks, and a few with zero blacks.

Ah idk the odds on anything from Razor, figured it'd be a hit or miss box to open, paid $75 for it though.
