So I stopped by the card shop after I got the e-mail that he only got 3 boxes in.. I could hardly wait.. (he saved all 3 for me )

I grab the first box and the owner hasn't seen any yet and he was wondering why I was talking these up the other day after seeing them on here..

Here's the first card..

He looked at the card and knew why I wanted him to get me some..

Then I opened the second card..

This is the first time I have pulled an Aaron Auto in 20+ years of collecting..

The third card was a little less exciting..

and then I told the shop owner to look on the other side..

He didn't know there were dual auto's in these..

He's going to try and get me some more.. (I hope so)..

You did very well then. That Aaron is 1/49 and the dual is numbered to 25 and overall they do look pretty good, congrats.

The card shop owner has already looked to see what these are going for, and they have already jumped in price..

I think these would be a good item to buy and stick away for the Secret Santa.. (if I could keep myself from opening them)..

Yes, you get the one cut auto.. but you could spend the same amount on a box of UD Legendary Cuts trying to get a cut auto. Maybe you can get lucky enough to pull a great cut auto.. but i've opened both, and I got alot more joy opening these..

Yeah, these are really sharp looking cards. I like how they mixed in some music people. I have seen a Ozzy Osbourne auto in it on ebay. Anyone know if any of the Kiss autos have been pulled yet?

There are some really weird combinations that truly mean absolutely nothing.

And considering Aparicio spent his entire career in the AL and Barlick was an NL umpire...it's doubtful they stepped foot on the field together outside of a possible all-star game or one of two possible World Series.

Either way, people do seem to be happy with their pulls on these...so it clearly looks like a "hit."

I like the looks of the cuts.. nicely centered, and the BGS encapsulate helps the asthetics as well..

I have already picked up a Rod Carew cut that someone had for a $20 BIN.. I got an e-mail from the card shop that he got ahold of another case.

I will probably open a few more boxes as the ROI, doesn't matter for some of us collectors..

I could spend the same amount on a box of Legendary Cuts for what some game used cards.. or I can get a guaranteed cut auto.. maybe not a great hall of famer, but some nice auto's.. I'll probably sell the dual auto..

I'll be posting what I get..
