Real Fantasy Football Dilemma - 6 #1 Receivers

I have 6 WRs on my roster, and can only play 3 (two as WR, one as WR/RB).

Each receiver is the #1 guy for their team (except maybe you can argue Nate Washington isn't). To top this off, they each have a pretty favorable matchup this week.

I don't know what to do! Here's my setup, the * means I have them as starters. Yes I know, I need to shop one. I'm working on it.

*Andre Johnson vs Raiders
*Reggie Wayne vs Seahawks
*Devin Hester vs Lions
Santana Moss vs Buccaneers
Nate Washington vs Jaguars
Steve Smith (Giants) vs Chiefs

As a Bears fan, I love what Devin Hester has done over the years, but looking at the present and future...it's Johnny Knox, not Hester as the #1.

I would probably swap Hester for Moss, but then again...I'm a spazz when it comes to fantasy football.

I was thinking that myself, but Moss put up 0 and 3 points in his first two respective games. He exploded last week against the Lions, but I'm still iffy on if he'll do it again even though the Bucs aren't too good.

If you bench Hester you will be upset! Hester will go off on the Lions, look what Moss just did to them! Moss only had the game he had because of who he played against. Trust me, I live in Detroit and win FFL all the time by living by this strategy! Play TE and #2 WRs against Detroit. Detroit has crappy secondary, and LBs can't cover either.

I might actually consider starting Smith over Andre. Oaklands pass D is pretty solid and Asomugha will probably be on Johnson all day. Last year against Oakland, Johnson had 2 for 19 and 2 years before that he had 1 for 9.

I'm not sure I'd have the guts to bench Johnson but I would certainly think about it.

Exactly! I would also start Steve Smith over D.Hester as I think the Bears are going to want to try & get Forte "going", which this would be the week to do so. Also Hester doesn't really even seem to be the true #1 WR in Chicago as Cutler seems to favor Earl Bennet more so than Hester (& with Knox/Olsen in the mix I don't see Hester getting fed enough to out-match S.Smith's production this week). As a matter of fact, unless the Giants are playing a seriously stingy "D", I wouldn't be benching Smith for Hester...unless of course Smith gets injured or falls out of favor (or Hester falls into favor w/Cutler or there are injuries to some of the "hungry mouth's" in Chicago's receiving core). Just my opinion so take from it what you will!

Have Hester in . Took the advice in about Andre Johnson struggling against Oakland in the past, and that he would be playing a great DB...and put Hester in against the Lions.
