If you're just looking for base and inserts, Score is excellent. I bought a couple blasters for TTM purposes last year and had a blast. I haven't picked up any this year, but last year's even had stickers and temporary tattoos in them, all for $10. I always have a blast opening them and sending cards out to players.

Score is always great for rookies and inserts/parallels. You get a decent amount for your buck.
