Real Or Fake?

I am interested in this card, but Im not quite sure if this patch is real or not.

I say real because the seller has many more topps series 2 cards listed. Looks like he bust3d a ca5e and he pulled the H4n13y

Based on a few others out there...I'd say it's real.

My guess, if it were to be faked, it'd have a Marlins logo perfectly centered.

Its definately real, because he bought several cases from my LCS and I heard he pulled it.
