I just can't get into these, WAY too much like ITG for my liking.

Looks good. I dig the cropping as opposed to airbrushing hats blank.
The more I look at the sample cards the more I gotta say that I really think the lack of licensing is going to hurt the product. Notice that the cards don't say team names as well as not having logos. I really feel that the more I look the cards over it is just a glaring defect that makes the cards look...cheap. It's kind of ironic to me that I always purchase higher-end topps stuff i.e. Tribute, Five Star, etc. and am always disappointed. Panini National Treasures are generally beautiful cards for Basketball and Football. Now, due to all the licensing crap we are going to see a less than stellar NT product while the higher end market for baseball continues to suffer from Topps ineptitude. In my humble opinion.
That is actually what the teams were once called.Come on now...you're not a fan of "Philadelphia Baseball Club"? Whoever thought it was a good idea to add those last two words should be fired.
I agree. And this is topps' and mlbp's fault...not panini'sI get your point...a lot of times at businesses have legal names that are different then their product name and so forth. Cards still look weak sans logos.
