Anyone have a direct line for anyone good in customer service at Steiner? Never got my Ortiz ball...

Did you enter the code at the time of checkout? Emailing them has worked best for me. It may take them a day or two to get back to you though.

I've E-mailed them 3 times over the past 2 weeks with no response. I have the invoices that show that I was in fact due the Ortiz baseball as well. I've struck out every time I've tried to deal with them, it doesn't shock me that it was easy for you.

I got my Snider 16X20 (correct photo) and Ortiz ball today. Can't wait to get the Snider in a frame!

You've been thanked. I stopped in at Michael's (never been there before) and they have a TON of frames. I couldn't find the same one you found, but did stumble upon one that is similar but was a little more expensive.

It's a 20X24 matted to 16X20. If anyone is looking for a frame, I suggest you take jpcz's advice and check out Michael's.

That is sweet! How much did the larger frame set you back?

I get mine at Christmas Tree Shop, here in New York, all black frames that perfectly fit a 16x20. Cost $9.99. Great deal.

Well, it finally happened. After receiving my Walt Frazier Auto 8x10 weeks ago, I got my David Ortiz Auto Ball... almost 4 weeks later. In their defense, I do live a good 45 minutes from their shipping warehouse.

At least I can finally close the book on this offer.
