Did you enter the code at the time of checkout? Emailing them has worked best for me. It may take them a day or two to get back to you though.
I've E-mailed them 3 times over the past 2 weeks with no response. I have the invoices that show that I was in fact due the Ortiz baseball as well. I've struck out every time I've tried to deal with them, it doesn't shock me that it was easy for you.
