My thoughts on the Johnson would be an 8 panel fold-out...first open panel - logoman and signature, then each letter.

Wouldn't be much of a "card", but probably somewhere in the range of 1" thick when folded up.

He and I both meant "card alterers" if you want to get into semantics, ie people who alter the form of the original card in order to increase the value of it.

I think since they do not have a license to make the cards why hold on to the items. Sell, liquidate, and maybe save the company??

They still have a hockey license don't they? Why would they sell that Gretzky patch? The baseball and football stuff makes sense.
