I don't have a good answer just yet. Still working through a lot of the upgrades and enhancements.

Hey, please change the way your passwords are stored. If I receive them in plain text, then they aren't encrypted where they're stored.

Trust me, the password are encrypted before they are saved in the database. You receiving them in plain text has no affect on the way they are stored, it's just the way the variables are processed and the logic behind the scenes of the site.
You do bring up a good point about not emailing out the passwords. I will change that from happening in the future.
