I picked up a couple of "prototype" cards from a Rickey collector a while ago. They have blank backs. The first card pictured below is the regular version, the second is an artwork prototype, and the third is a foil prototype.

The prototype looks awesome. It is amazing to me some of the cards you player collectors have in your collections. many cards that I have never seen before and I have been in the hobby for 22 years!!

Seriously! I wish the actual cards looked like that. Never considered what was underneath all that foil, now I know they ruined some amazing cards.

I bought Terry Steinbach, Paul Molitor, and someone else. I have to find them, they are awesome.
