No he's right. At first she had it on Ebay for $10 and got a lot of emails asking if it was authentic and whatnot. She then got it authenticated by PSA. Another copy from a different seller appreared on Ebay and use her publicity to sell it. I think the Ebay listing you are referring to was a different copy. The seller was using the publicity from her card to hype his.
