Best I can tell it is
1999-00 Topps Gallery Heritage Proofs #TGH1 Tim Duncan BV 8

Wasn't 100% sure what it was so I sent it to COMC just to have them list it and leave it in my account. Got it back today as:

Cards not worth listing

So either I am wrong on what the card is or COMC had no idea what it was.

Just did a Google search with "1999-00 Topps Gallery Heritage serially numbered to 175"... The 2nd result brought me to a Charles Barkley collection page. It might not be listed in a Beckett. The "Round Mound of Rebound Collector" calls it a 1999-00 Topps Gallery Heritage Proof Artist's Auto.

Saw it here: http://round-mound-of-rebound.piczo.com/?g=3858875&cr=6

Also another search led me to this Grant Hill collection page with a PSA9 scan of the Hill card. http://www.hill33.com/cards/displayimag ... play_media

Perfect! So it is just a card Beckett has no knowledge of.

Thanks for your help, now time to start digging around seeing if I can place a value on it. Not sure how Duncan stuff does but this could be a pretty rare one to find.

I believe the set was from a redemption card and when you sent it in, you got around a 15 card set signed by the artist, all with the same serial number.
