Would $850 be a good deal for Porcello's Jackie Robinson jersey? It is the first one.

that sounds like not a terrible price to me for a one of a kind game used jersey...although he didn't actually play in the game so how game used is it?

True in some aspects, but he was part of the game at least. As in, on the team. The same thing could be said for any player. Some guys sit on certain nights even if they aren't a pitcher. I don't really think it's all that different in the long run. Is it slightly cooler that he actually played in it, sure, but I don't think it's as important as the authenticity of him actually wearing it the day of the game. Much better in my opinion than the photoshoot jerseys that they have in NFL cards.
Just my opinion, I'm sure others will disagree with it. It's probably personal choice really.

You don't know all they've done...I could come up with a whole team worth of people they dealed who are stars or up and coming stars.nborton said:GiantsSuperCollector said:Or, I can get an Armando Gallaraga jersey for $600, that to me would be a better deal as Armando is a fantastic player and I have him on every fantasy team I own.
I still don't know how the heck he was swiped from the Rangers for basically nothing. Makes up for the terrible Atlanta trade. Somewhat..... :?
