Happy new year to you as well! Sorry I can't help with your want list, I need a majority of those too, and would love to cross them off.

While sorting though nearly 5000 ct box of '97 finest, I noticed nearly every single rickey card had a blue stripe on the back (bat), except a few.

I just listed it on ebay but might un list depending on what you all think (i collect errors).

Do you guys have the NON STRIPED version? Trying to figure its "scarcity"

I can only speak for myself as a rickey collector in that something like this does not really matter to me. It could have been a fiber in the machine during printing or something. To me they are worth the same. The only "misprints" I would even consider buying are the 1982 blackless or the boardwalk and baseball. I think it is a stretch looking at this as an error or something else. There is a very small niche for something like this and I don't think most of my fellow rickey collectors care (I would think). There were so many damn cards in the 90s so you are bound to find something different with the cards. Printers run out of ink and the first sheet is always darker than the last.

Yeah it is a niche I guess. I know little things like this can be hotly pursued, even if only by a few (happens with variations/defects 80s down)

I can send you an Excel version through 2011, but I haven't had a chance to format 2012 yet. I have some of the early releases on there, but not very many.

Unusual to have any sort of variation in Finest at all. Printing or otherwise. Good stuff. I'll be on the lookout for any Rickey.

Did anyone else notice this card? Sometimes Leaf needs to think twice about cutting up photos. I really appreciate the crotch shot autograph.

Leaf made the card, but they didn't design it. Someone sends in the pictures that are signed and has them cut and made into a card. You can do it with anything signed and they will make you a card. I wish they could deny certain ones for being ugly, but someone paid to have this made.
