Good grief. They should definitely hire you for Rickey write-up fact checking. They could pay you in cards. :)

Apparently "Flawless" is.... flawed. LOL

I’m finding more and more errors on stuff each year by all brands. I mean after all this time they still can’t get facts straight. There again, the 20’s something graphic designer wasn’t born the last time Rickey played probably.

whoa... that is way bigger than I thought it was when I first saw it. Cool though. They do nice stuff.

It’s incredible in person! Wish it was bigger actually. The details and aged look are top notch on super thick cardboard. Wish I could buy more of their stuff but always going out of my range. The cards are so cool.

COLLECTION MILESTONE ALERT!!

With my mail day today, I have now obtained my 8,000th different Rickey Henderson item. With over 12,200 total Rickey items, this makes my collection have 65% unique Rickeys). 28% of my collection is serial numbered, and 11.9% have relics. Only a paltry 1.3% are autographed, but that's still over 160 items. :) I have some additional minor milestones I am close to as well, will announce when attained.

Oh, and I am getting closer to finishing my 2-year-long quest to prepare a "master list" of Rickey items, collated from various Rickey collectors and sources. It has over 22,000 unique Rickey items identified -- and the list keeps growing. 👀 But fun to compile and clean in my "spare time". Happy collecting everyone!

I need the Henderson experts to weigh in on this cameo. Additional player clues on the back.

That is definitely Rickey. Here is my list of 1991 "guest appearances" by Rickey on other people's cards:

1991 7-11 Score Disc #13 (Cal Ripken Jr., Black back, HS below number, Rickey sliding on front)
1991 Fleer #311 (Mark Eichorn with very blurry Rickey in background)
1991 Score #127 (Alvaro Espinoza with Rickey on front)
1991 Ultra Update #U-7 (Steve Lyons with Rickey stealing second)
1991 Upper Deck #90 (Marty Barrett with Rickey on front)

That 7-11 cameo is quite the find.

One of my favorite Rickey "guest appearances" is the 1983 Fleer #51 Robin Yount (and his '83 Fleer Stamp)... only because I had that card for like 15 years before I noticed Rickey lurking in the background AND... the picture must have been taken at an All-Star Game. Just kind of a cool, chill moment from two HOFers. :)

Had a little (okay, it was more like A LOT) of fun this evening! A collector friend surprised me with these amazing 130 and KC Collection metal medallions as I have always been enamored with Rickey’s 130 Diamond bling chain he wears! So I bought a chain and found what I think is a creative way to display it! Love how it turned out. Man I love this hobby…
