What is the difference between the two, are there different photos, or just some nitpicky thing like the Tara Plaques checklists?

The 1988 version of Rickey is #6 on the back. His 1989 version is #4 on the back. The Yankees action photo used for the cutout/stand-up is exactly the same though for both years. You can't tell by looking at the front....you need to see the back to see the difference.

They are pretty hard to come by.

Scott, I never noticed that they were numbered. I will put up pics when I get a chance. Daclyde, has it been proven that there are 2 different checklists on the Tara plaques? I have heard of this, but dont know anyone who actually owns one. What do you know about them?

I don't know of anyone who has actually seen the packaging with Ron Darling listed, but Darling does have a plaque (there's one on eBay right now). I certainly can't find a scan of one.

Ken, I need the 2003 Leaf FOTG #/50 and you already know I need the Pacific Copper.

BTW, here's a pic of the 1988 Good Ideas version that I have (#6). Mine is actually still in the original packaging shown on the right....the other pics I picked of this new cool thing called the internet. All the kids are using it these days.

Hey, those are my random pictures from the internet :). They are from a post that I did when I first a acquired mine a year or so ago. But, it could use some updating, and I didn't know there was more than one variation.

Ken, I'll send you pics tonight. The cache is the official one sold at Cooperstown (not the post office), and I'm sure you have one already, but I'll send the pic anyway.

Brad, I need this one:
1991 Costacos Brothers 939 (Arms Raised w/Base) Mini Poster Sample (4" x 6")

and then I had questions about some of these:
2009 Hall of Fame Induction Day Official Cache w/Rice/Gordon (post office canceled) .........like Ken, can I see a pic?

I have these from 2002....what makes them from 2009? Are they signed and/or numbered? Can you provide pics of these too?
2009 R. Plate Postcard 3,000 Hits
2009 R. Plate Postcard Yankees legends (w/Dimaggio, Ruth, Mantle)

I don't really want these, but might consider them in a trade, depending on what I'm giving up.
2009 Rickey Henderson Field Dedication Yellow Baseball Hat
2009 Rickey Henderson Field Dedication Program
2009 Rickey Henderson Field Dedication Flyer

Lets work something out. Send me your list of wants and I'll propose something. Thanks.

And here's the Cache (the random 3781 sticker is on the plastic case, not the cache. I didn't see it when I went to scan it initially):

I really like these two. They look great. I'm glad the flyer is not in black and white only. Nice to see they went with color. Unlike the A's on the "I was there" handout. Could have been so much better.

Didn't I read somewhere that Rickey himself had those "I was there" things printed out? Maybe in his book? I seem to remember reading that...... anybody?

Also, congrats to www.rickeyhendersoncollectibles.com who shows up in just about every Rickey related google search. WTG!!!

I'm not sure which one of you guys to thank, but I have a fairly complete checklist (in .xls form) that was sent out many moons ago. So thanks to the author. The reason I say this is because I have started to make a new want list, to update mine which seemed to have stopped at 1999. Since then, I have slacked off and didn't keep up. Well, I guess 12 years and some shoddy listing on my part have finally caught up with me. I am afraid to see how many I am truly missing. I know that I am only missing 1 page worth of cards from 2000 and earlier, but as I looked at the list, I may be missing a page of just one card in multiple issues! Looked at the Topps Sterling and was flabbergasted at the amount. :o Almost makes me want to give up. I have no idea how long this will take, nor do I know which cards I have according to the list in some cases, so I may be asking you guys for an explanation or definition of a card. Here's an example: I have a 1982 Topps card that missed one of the print colors. I don't think this is the Blackless one since it has the black fake signature across it. It seems to have missed the blue, since it has yellow, cyan and black colors. Any ideas? Do I have just a print error or something else? Is it rare? I haven't seen any others, but then again, I haven't looked either. I will try to post a picture soon, but the wife's honey-do list is long, and time is not. Hence the very slow start on the want list and the posting of this at 2:15 am.

Not sure when your list ends, but I've updated my current list to include most of the 2010 releases if you're interested. As for the 1982, I have heard rumors of a "blueless" but have never seen one. Ken could probably provide some more details.
