I played with baseball cards while listening to the game last night, it was a good time. I have a ton of cards that I received in the mail but never did anything with. They're just in a box. Including some great 24's that I got in trades from Brad and Ken. Thanks guys! :mrgreen: I need to scan some of these beauties. I got this one card, I guess I wasn't so impressed reading about it on paper, when we were doing the trade...

I did get the money... Thanks! AND, I got your cards almost all packed up. I couldn't find the packing tape. I know we have some, but... anyway, I'm stealing the roll from work and will have it all ready to go for tomorrow's mail.

Yeah, he's a great guy. I sent him a CD with over 3000 pics on it. But this guy has some AMAZING stuff. He's def one of the best out there. Glad he finally got the site up. I know he was working hard and also trying to start his own business at the same time. He really is a cool guy and we should get him on the board.

I was wondering if anyone on this thread knows whats up with the topps sterling Rickey Henderson Auto's. I know you have to be patient with these redemptions but has anybody heard if they are coming out or is anyone waiting for theirs?

I just realized that I posted that over on the FB page this morning, but forgot to post it here as well. I think Larry might be the closest? I am a little annoyed, and relieved at the same time. I was hoping that the bases would have some sort of logo on them, but it looks like they are just blank. I would have loved to add one to the collection as a unique collectible, but now it looks like I don't have too.

I'm close, but it looks like it is only a matter of minutes before they (the bases) are found after the first tweet. I am not driving an hour or so to be left in the cold. Besides, the city of Oakland sucks to drive around in. Not a bad place, but the layout of the streets and all of the highways that intersect is maddening!

I was busy last night, having a little party. A pity party. I came home and my old dog had passed away. It was really rather nice of her, she was a good dog and even died good. Over the last couple years I had been dreading the day when I would have to make that decision to put my best friend to sleep. I figured she would quit eating and waste away and start having seizures and all of that good stuff. Then I'd have to sit there while they drugged her and watch her die. But none of that happened, she just checked out. Pretty sad, but she was very old.
