Wow, very nice! I've still got to try to pick up one of each of those, I don't care which parallel. They started expensive, and then git a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, I couldn't pick one up at the time, and know the prices have gone up again. I'll get them eventually

Ryan, great post. Cracked me up. And good to see some happiness too. Those 24s sure are SWEET! Ken, you're gonna get some good karma points for those. Like a new Rickey bobblehead might just appear under your pillow tomorrow morning. Or you might find a 1-of-1 Rickey on the ground as you turn the sidewalk corner.

Some good stuff posted recently. Sadly I've been in a dry spell recently, but maybe that's cuz I spent too much on "dancers" on a recent Myrtle Beach trip and can't afford "extra spending" right now. Here's the set of emotions I go through in the morning after the alcohol wears off: :shock: ::facepalm:: :x I did pick up one of those Costacos 4x6 poster promos to complete my set...always good to cross something off your wantlist thats been on there for almost 20 years (zoinks!)

Brad, enjoy the game...if you have enough hands, can you pick me one up too?

1987 Topps Wax Box

I'm sure most already know that these were found on the sides of wax boxes.
I've thought about seperating the Henderson from the Rice but haven't done so.

Not mine, just saw them dumped at one time. I don't know how Rickey prices are.

I saw the OPC reference on the bottom of your post, so I thought maybe they were yours. $50 for an 82 OPC sticker? People have to do their homework sometimes. I know we stumble across these ridiculous prices on Ebay at times and collectively laugh about it.

I'm sure most already know that these were found on the sides of wax boxes.

I would not separate them simply because they were inducted together. I'm fairly certain this is the only time they appear together on anything, although that may change in the future.

I have 1 of these and came across it shortly after they were elected. I was thinking what a cool piece it would be if both of them signed it and inscribed it "HOF 09"

At least you know the card is supposed to be of Rickey! Along with the base relic, Rickey also has a #1/1 original sketch patch card in the new Gypsy Queen set, but it is a redemption, and it doesn't indicate which player you will actually receive! That's quite a gamble!!!

So I have an odd proposal for anyone that may be interested in swapping henderson's (with a cash or card kicker on my end of course).

I have this card:

I've recently been trying to obtain on-card autos or auto/GU pieces for players in my yankee PC and Henderson is probably the biggest name for which I'm lacking one. And after a search on beckett and using their filters, the only on-card yankee uni autos that Henderson has are from Topps sterling. So, I'm hoping one of you guys may need this card to complete or add to your LCM rainbow and might consider trying to work something out.

I cant get to my cards right now, but I thought there was a 2010 TTT Yankees Henderson. Do you just collect Yankees cards? I have a cool Henderson NYC Transit Authority sign. I have one auto'ed and a few not auto'ed. Not sure if I want to move the auto one though. I had it signed at the King of Kings show in NJ back in 97-98.
