I have so tried to keep up with this thread but due to the fun things life can throw at me I have slacked and fallen behind. My apologizes hehe. I am a huge Henderson fan and have 3 dual row boxes full of his cards and if anyone wants to send me a want list I will look to see what I can find to fill those needs. Not a lot of his high end cards right now other than a few in my PC but attempting to rebuild. I used to collect any and all of his cards even if I already had 90 of that card. Now I am focusing on obtaining only cards I don't have. I have positive records on both Ebay and Beckett but will need some help learning how to trade on here. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I hope to make a lot of friends and trades on here.

I have a list with many common issues needed. I hope to have it updated fairly soon.

For example I have all of thefront 02? Leaf Longevity cards (every team and 2 award winners) but none of the regular issues. Figured I could get the serial numbered cards at the time and the regulars later.

Welcome, always good to see new Rickey collectors (except when bidding against them, as then everyone else is evil, lol). If you want to send me a message with your e-mail address, I can send out s trade list. Not a whole lot of new stuff, but a lot of 80s-90s oddballs. Would love to see what you have as well!

I'm here, just nothing new to post up. My best pickup lately has been this non-Rickey.

Does anyone have a Rickey? Or seen one and can confirm they exist?

I am not a Henderson collector but do subscribe this thread. Always fun to check out. I did pick up his 2013 Gypsy Queen wood mini (/5)...here's the quick scan of my 2nd page (still in progress) of wood minis:

For a long while, I was waiting for an example of 2011 Gypsy Queen leather mini (/10) of Rickey to turn up but realized Topps didn't make any other than relic cards. ::facepalm::

Cool Gypsy Queen minis!

Since nobody posted in a while, I thought I might show off. Remember the little Henderson blurb on the back of the Adam Eaton card? Well...

and I thought I would post a few recent pick-ups from Panini

I picked up an unusual item. I picked up this ticket a few days ago. It's from Rickey's rookie year in 1979 and the first time he faced Nolan Ryan. Rickey struck out once, got 1 hit and was probably the first time he got picked off from first. In case you are wondering, Nolan went the distance. No stolen bases but pretty cool otherwise.

Here's a few other things I picked up. Fleer Decade of excellence rare tradition. Poster pullout from 1985 NY Daily News. I finally found the 1st series pencil. The 2nd one seems to always come up.

Hi guys, I need your advice on something regarding my Rickey Henderson collection. I have seriously been considering stopping my collection and try to sell everything. It does not seem to be fun for me anymore and as every year passes I see more and more crap come out with regard to cards. Back in the day you had a good chance of collecting most cards in a set and it was somewhat affordable. Now there is a version for every color of the rainbow and an autographed version to boot and this XXXX is getting so expensive. Any card I really need in my collection too are the hard to find inserts which are also getting costly. I also have a new girl and wife reminds me of the damn budget and the space I am taking up.

Any knowledge or advice on selling everything at once? I'm hesitant to sell it in pieces because it will just take so much time. I honestly think everything in bulk I would be happy with $7000-$8000 and know that I could get considerably more if I sold everything one by one but not sure if I want to go through with that.

I would obviously be in contact with some of you on here if I ended up selling pieces.
