My last batch of eBay items that ended almost a month ago is just finishing up getting to the buyers.
The day before it ended I cot a call that said my grandpa was dying. I had to leave school and go to california for a week like 14 hours before the auctions closed. On my way back to Washington, We had to turn around and redirect to portland because of the snow storm in Eastern Washington. Two days later, I am finally making my way back to school, its a Thursday, naturally I dont get the packages out Friday with making sure i am caught up with homework. The weekend went by, I got them out on Tuesday because monday was a holiday, my ******* school "Post Office" "didnt feel like sending them out until friday because someone was sick" I am completely fed up with them now and I have started to go off campus to the real USPS Office.
quit swearing happens man, as long as he was in honest constant contact with his customers like I was, everything should be good. Was he honest and upfront, constantly updating you?
I think this is the issue. There's a difference b/w a grandfather dying and going on a vacation (or lying about going on vacation). If you're going to be on vacation, put it in the auction or email the buyers so they know what to expect. Better communication would resolve 90% of the conflicts we see.
Bingo. That is all I wanted. Not only did I not get that, I was basically told it was my fault because I waited 2 days to pay.
