My thoughts and prayers go out to Norman Hands Family. Too young to pass on. One of the SAINTS best Defensive players. He will be missed.

I was so excited when the Saints got him from the Chargers. I was certain he'd be the piece that made our defense. Poor guy and sad for his family.

Sad news to hear, especially given his age. I was admitted to the hospital this last monday because of a fierce burning in my stomach. While I was in the ER they did a EKG and found that my heart was beating erratically. They kept me until late wednesday doing tests, the worst of which was a angiogram(sp?). I'm only 42 and never thought I would have to worry about this happening but it does. Luckily as far as the cardiologist could tell a piece of plaque in my vein/artery broke loose and caused a scar in my heart and made my whole system go haywire. Just another reminder to take care of your health first and foremost. With regular checkups these things can sometimes be detected early and preventative measures can be taken.
