I have never seen so many Scully autographs available on ebay than now. It's funny, his signature was clearly not scarce based on the dozens and dozens of them coming out of the woodwork after his passing, yet it remained unusually expensive up until the day he died. For there, it just got worse.

I have to wonder if that ever corrects itself. You can buy a fair variety of deceased HOF players from the 60s and 70s (died then, not played then) for less than a Vin Scully autograph. People are certainly taking advantage of his death to sell them, not that I fault anyone for trying. That is a very predictable spike point in the market. I got Walter O'Malley for around $100. Different kind of baseball man, but still crazy to see.
