ROBINSON CANO THREAD

I saw a few player threads and thought why not. I believe he is in for a monster year. Right now he is batting .390 4 home runs and 9 rbi's and he is a slow starter! Pretty excited to see him in his prime.

Unfortunetly I do not have one

But yes that is his best auto because it is his only "true" rookie auto. As for picking one up I would wait for a little, imo. In the offseason you could of picked one up for high 30's to low 40's.

Officially his 2003 BH auto is his best rookie but there is one beteer if you dont mind buy backs.

About a year or so ago I pulled a 2003 BCDP Cano auto from the box topper pack of 2007 Bowman Best. I dont remember what it was numbered to but I believe very low.
It wasnt uncirculated, just in the buy back pack and isnt listed in Beckett.

I sold it to a customer who still has it.

Actually the offer was the Cano card for one of your 500 Bowman Sterling Scott Campbell autos :lol:

On a side note, I also would have traded the Cano for 3 Kevin Mitchell Star Company sets

I would just like to bump this and say...
Avg- .371 (leads MLB by 20 points) HR's- 13 RBI's- 47 (5th in MLB) Hits 92 (leads MLB) Runs Scored- 50 (2nd in MLB)

Also, only has 1 error this year

Traded Cano in a keeper league about 4 or 5 years ago in a deadline deal.

the trade was Cano or Ian Kinsler for the 2006 version of a certain Astros starter that cannot be named.

I won the league but immediately regretted the trade. Mind you, I had a stable of second basemen through drafting: Utley, Cano, Kinsler, Pedroia were all on my squad.
