So, have you guys been to any games this year?

As for me, I have not. I live in California and it's tough to get out to Colorado. . . I am hoping I can get out there this summer but I'm not sure.

I'm assuming you used to live here?

I'll have a similar problem next year when I'm off to college.

Nope, never lived in Colorado. I think it may have started when I would go up to Colorado on ski trips but, I don't know how I really came to like the Rockies.

Becoming a fan like that is probably pretty rare for a small market team. How often do you make it to Denver during the season?

During the season, not that often. But of course I have MLB Extra Innings to watch all of the games. And also, I am watching them when they come to Anaheim and hopefully when they visit Los Angeles at the end of this month. The only stadium in Southern California I can't really go to to watch games is Petco.

I saw the day game against the Astros last month. I have tix for next saturday (20th) against the Pirates, and I'm working on finagling some corporate rtickets for one of the games against the Rays next week as well.

The Cardinals really need a 3rd baseman and we have a few extra young arms that simply need a chance in a rotation.

Well, I'm barely a Rockies fan nowadays. I hope they do well, but that's about it. I used to be hardcore though... you know... that was right about October of 2007. Just kidding! I actually quit following them in 07 because they got rid of Jason Jennings.

I just wanted to show off my new Rockies piece...

Nobody wanted it, I got it for $30.50 dlvd. One of the great things about collecting Jason. It didn't come with an LOA, but from the threads I read about BP Jerseys on Game Used Universe, I feel confident that it is the real deal. I also like how it is #57, he only wore that # for the few games he played in 2001. The year before he won the ROY. Good stuff...

Very sweet! I need to photograph my Kurt Manwaring from 1997. I usually wear that one to games, beer and mustard stains be damned.

For me? Well I live in Fort Collins, so it takes roughly an hour's drive. I park at one of the lots near the freeway and walk 15 minutes or so to Coors.

I usually park at 20th and Chestnut under the overpass. It's 5 bucks and is a snap to get right back on I-25.

Great card for a Rockies/Barmes collector.

I have been focusing solely on HOF stuff, but I may have to start perusing the Bay for more Rox stuff soon.
