Yes he is a great coach.. But he is a piss poor person. A liar and a ******. He single handedly ruined the the miami dolphins for a decade. Sad thing is I don't dislike bama.. I dislike saban an they just happen to be the focal point of my anger! If he went to coach notre dame or Ohio state if would be perfect!

What's a better job in college football?

Nick Saban has a clause in his contract that says if another NCAA coach gets a contract above his he gets bumped up over it.

He won't make more money any where else. He is in an optimum position to win at Alabama as well.

I'm a phinnut but if he would have said I'm open if a better job comes up during his phins stint. I would have been sad but as a fan base we put so much faith in him when he said no no no then flipped it was devastating! I felt like a jilted lover.

But he's a bad pro coach.

He would have been mediocre at best.

He excels at stacking the deck in a way that you can't do in the nfl.

Parity is a saban killer.

I don't think he would have been a bad pro coach. I think he would have had a learning curve but would have been fine after 2 years or so.

One thing he does extremely well is build around his players strengths.

K-State down 14 and OU is in a dogfight with Stanford so far. Considering the Cardinal were 20 point 'Dogs, that's huge.

And man, would it suck if Barkley can't play vs. ND...
